Roasted Pepper-Soy Vinaigrette

1 each-red, yellow and green pepper, roasted and diced
4 green onions, sliced thin
½ medium red onion, diced
1 Tbsp chopped garlic
1 cup pineapple juice
¼ cup sesame oil
1 cup soy sauce
¼ cup champagne vinegar
1 cup water
1 Tbsp each-black and white sesame seeds

 

Mix all ingredients together and chill at least one hour before using.
