Pear & Black Olive Salsa
Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons Jalapeño Olive Oil
- 6 pears, peeled and sliced
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 6 Roma tomatoes
- 1 large or 2 small Poblano chilies
- 1 large Red Bell Pepper, roasted, peeled, seeded, diced
- 2 Tablespoons Tequila Lime Vinegar
Instructions:
Sauté pear in heated oil with sugar over medium-low heat. Transfer to a bowl. Combine all other ingredients.
