Pear & Black Olive Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoons Jalapeño Olive Oil
  • 6 pears, peeled and sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 6 Roma tomatoes
  • 1 large or 2 small Poblano chilies
  • 1 large Red Bell Pepper, roasted, peeled, seeded, diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Tequila Lime Vinegar

Instructions:

Sauté pear in heated oil with sugar over medium-low heat. Transfer to a bowl. Combine all other ingredients.
