Meyer Lemon-Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Traditionally, Italians celebrated the end of the pressing season by crushing lemons together with the last olives of the harvest year. Adopting this tradition, Savoré’s artisan producers crush the sweetest Meyer lemons with late-harvest olives, delivering amazingly fragrant oil with exceptional lemon flavor and a hint of pepper (antioxidants).
